1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the bdt88 website, mobile platform, and all associated services (collectively, the "Platform"). By registering an account, depositing funds, or participating in any game or bet on bdt88, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately discontinue your use of the Platform. bdt88 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility Requirements

To register and use bdt88, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. bdt88 strictly enforces a 21+ policy across all games and betting markets.
• You must be a natural person acting in your own capacity and not on behalf of a third party.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information when opening your account.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of bdt88 or any of its affiliated companies.

bdt88 may request verification documents at any stage to confirm eligibility. Failure to satisfy these requirements may result in suspension or permanent closure of your account and forfeiture of any pending balances subject to investigation.

3. Account Registration & Security

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on bdt88. Creating multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal information — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

Your Responsibilities

• Keep your username and password strictly confidential. Do not share your login credentials with any other person.
• Notify bdt88 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account or any security breach.
• You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not authorised by you.
• Complete all KYC (Know Your Customer) verification steps when requested, including submitting a valid national ID, passport, or other government-issued identification.

bdt88 reserves the right to suspend any account pending identity verification. Accounts found to contain fraudulent or falsified information will be permanently closed without notice, and all associated funds may be seized pending investigation.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

bdt88 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through the approved payment channels listed on the Platform at the time of the transaction. Supported methods for Bangladeshi players currently include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and selected card networks. All transactions are processed in BDT (Bangladeshi Taka).

Deposit Rules

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits are typically credited to your account within minutes of successful payment confirmation.
• bdt88 does not charge fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own service charges.
• Deposited funds must be used for genuine gameplay. Deposits made solely to exploit bonus terms or to cycle funds without playing may be flagged for review.

Withdrawal Rules

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are reviewed within 24 hours under normal operating conditions.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same account or payment method used for the most recent deposit, to prevent money laundering and protect player funds.
• bdt88 may request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal. Requests that fail verification checks will be placed on hold pending resolution.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

bdt88 offers a range of promotional offers including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and event-specific promotions tied to cricket seasons such as the BPL and IPL. All bonuses are subject to the following conditions:

• Each bonus offer carries specific wagering requirements (rollover) that must be met before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash except as expressly permitted under the specific promotion's T&C.
• bdt88 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time without prior notice.
• Each player is entitled to claim a welcome bonus only once. Duplicate accounts or shared devices used to claim multiple bonuses will result in all bonuses being voided.

Free spins credited as part of a promotion are valid only on the specified game titles for the period stated in the offer. Any winnings generated from free spins are subject to the rollover conditions attached to that promotion.

6. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bdt88 Platform. Any player found to be engaging in, facilitating, or encouraging these activities will face immediate account suspension and may be subject to legal action:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform, place bets, or gain an unfair advantage over other players.
• Engaging in money laundering, collusion, match-fixing, or any other form of fraud or deceptive conduct on the Platform.
• Depositing funds obtained through illegal, criminal, or fraudulent means onto the Platform.
• Exploiting technical errors, software glitches, or game vulnerabilities to place bets or generate winnings that would not be possible under normal operating conditions.
• Conducting any form of commercial activity on the Platform, including advertising, affiliate marketing without authorisation, or reselling Platform services to third parties.

bdt88 employs advanced fraud detection and monitoring systems. Any winnings generated through prohibited activities will be voided and the associated account permanently closed. bdt88 cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies where required.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the bdt88 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software code, game content, and the overall appearance of the Platform — is the exclusive property of bdt88 or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. Any reproduction, redistribution, modification, or commercial use of Platform content without the express written permission of bdt88 is strictly prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bdt88 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Platform. This includes, without limitation, any loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruptions, technical failures, or any damage caused by viruses or other harmful components transmitted through the Platform.

In any event, the total aggregate liability of bdt88 to any individual player for any claims arising under or related to these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player during the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Privacy & Data Protection

bdt88 collects and processes your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By agreeing to these Terms, you also consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy. We apply SSL encryption and industry-standard data protection practices to safeguard your information at all times.
